Welcome to the brand new Entertainment Design Online blog!  Each week we'll post a new entry focusing on the current trends in the multi-media industries, technical tips and tricks, or just the information that we find interesting.  We encourage you to bookmark the site, or add it to your RSS feeds and hopefully you'll find the information both useful and entertaining.

Also, while you're here, you should sign up for our monthly newsletter.  We're going to use the newsletter to communicate the latest happenings at EDO.  And there is a lot happening!  EDO has some big plans for 2010, especially within our EDOweb and EDOproduction branches.  We'll also use the newsletter to communicate time-saving tips and tricks for users of the EDOweb system, and we might even throw in some discounts from time to time.

So please, take some time to explore the site and check out the Portfolio.  We'll feature 12 different projects here, spanning the 4 EDO branches: web, edit, gfx, and production.  If you have any questions or want to find out how EDO can help you and your business just use our Contact form and one of our team members will be happy to assist you! 

If you are an existing client of EDO, you should be receiving your log in information for our client portal very soon.  Within the client portal you'll be able to view current and past invoices, track your support tickets and cases, and view and print your focus documents, contracts, and proposals.  Not all of this functionality is available yet, but we will be turning on the features throughout the first half of 2010.

For our EDOweb clients, be sure to check out our support page.  There are a ton of tutorial videos for you to view that will help you get comfortable using the EDOweb system.  Or, if you're interested in the system but need more information, these tutorials will give you a solid background in how the system might be able to work for you.  Or course, you can always contact us for more information.  The support page also features a detailed support form that will open up a new support case and one of our team members will be able to help you resolve your issue quickly and efficiently.  You can also download the Triangle extension for Adobe Dreamweaver.  While most of EDOweb clients will use their admin portal, some users may wish to update their site using the power of Dreamweaver.  The Triangle extension makes this possible.
